I liked the regular shuttle service. It ran to the theme parks. The big store had several takeout food options. I also liked that they deliver pizza right to the room.
I found the acoustics bad. I could hear movements from the room above. There was also noise from the room next door due to a connecting door.

Our party secured an upgrade to a two-bedroom suite . This room had a great layout and plenty of space for six people. I found a convenient laundry room located on our floor and appreciated it. The business center allowed for easy printing of essential documents.
The hotel could benefit from some acoustic improvements in the rooms. I overheard noise from adjacent rooms, including voices.

Our suite had an excellent layout, easily accommodating my group, and included a separate living area, benefitting families. The beds were comfortable, and the climate control system worked efficiently, which contributed to a restful environment. A mini-fridge helped keep our beverages cold.

The shuttle service to the parks was very helpful. The hotel also conveniently has an Avis on-site, helpful if a rental car is needed for a day. I also appreciated the gift shop for those last minute necessities.
There was only one entrance available for walking, which proved slightly inconvenient.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!

It featured three beds. Food choices on the hotel impressed me. I will definitely book more days next time. One day was too short.
I noticed the touch-ups throughout the hotel are needed. Larger pictures would help with the room decor. The elevator area seemed like an industrial warehouse backroom. The half pillows reminded me of rocks!

Our room contained adequate space for everyone. My three teen grandkids enjoyed it. The boys each had their own beds. My granddaughter and I shared the separate bedroom. The layout worked well.
